Who We’re Looking For: As a key member of the GI team, the Territory Manager will support a positive customer experience by directly selling products and services to offices, hospitals, and ambulatory surgical centers in a distinct and assigned territory. The Territory Manager is responsible for producing a sales volume at or above their assigned sales quota. About the Role: Ability to present, in-service, and sell Laborie products and services to current and potential clients with a focus on sales growth. Prepare action plans to identify specific sales prospects to achieve targets. Support and advise physicians on the correct use of Laborie products, identify and resolve client related concerns. Ability to demonstrate the effective use of all available sales tools and materials, to identify and develop real prospects to ensure sales targets are achieved. Present brand value propositions and value-added customer solutions through leveraging the overall Laborie range, focusing on account penetration. Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree required, in lieu of bachelor's degree, additional years of directly related experience will be accepted. Minimum 3 years of demonstrated successful sales experience in medical device or related field. Proven ability to identify business opportunities and persuade and influence others. Excellent communication skills including advanced presentation ability. Preferred Qualifications: Sales experience in a physician office environment highly preferred. Ability to work independently with effective time management skills.
