Role Overview

As an RN Medical Group, you will support the physician office healthcare team by delivering high-quality patient care and coordinating clinical services within the practice.

Key responsibilities include:

• Independently caring for a group of patients using the nursing process and established clinical standards
• Supporting physicians and providers in the delivery of patient care
• Assessing patient needs and developing appropriate care plans
• Educating patients and families regarding treatment plans and health maintenance
• Coordinating care and communicating effectively with providers and care team members
• Documenting patient information accurately in the electronic medical record (EMR)
• Delegating appropriate patient care activities to other members of the healthcare team
• Ensuring compliance with applicable clinical, regulatory, and safety standards
• Performing other duties as assigned

Qualifications

Education

Required:

• Technical Nursing Program OR Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN)

Preferred:

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)

Experience

Required:

• One (1) year of nursing experience

Preferred:

• One (1) year of medical office experience

Licensure / Certification

Required:

• Active Florida Registered Nurse (RN) License
