Conduct routine and sophisticated clinical laboratory assessments—chemistry, hematology, immunology, and beyond—following established protocols carefully.

Evaluate test results for accuracy, resolve discrepancies, and carry out preventive maintenance and calibration on laboratory equipment.

Assist with specimen collection and meticulously prepare samples for necessary testing.

Thoroughly document all procedures, mentor new staff or students, and contribute to maintaining laboratory quality standards.

Ensure a tidy, safe workplace while adhering closely to regulatory and accreditation benchmarks.

Bachelor's degree in Clinical or Medical Laboratory Science, or an equivalent allied health qualification along with ASCP/AMT certification eligibility.

ASCP or AMT Board of Certification in Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS) to be attained within one year of employment. Keep certification current throughout your tenure.

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to effectively work with healthcare teams.
