SUMMARY
- BHT starting pay rate of $23.50 per hour and progresses to $26.50 per hour (w2 employment)
- Rate is based on years of related experience
- Clearances are reimbursed after successful hire and billing with your case
- BHT assignments available throughout Chester County, PA areas
URGENT NEEDS: (needs are updated regularly)
- Kennett Square, PA:
- Monday-Friday 7:30am-8:45am in home
- Monday-Friday 3pm-5pm in home
- Landenberg, PA:
- Thursday and Friday 9:00am-11:00am in home
- Monday-Friday 4:00pm-6:00pm, Saturday/Sunday flexible in home
- Oxford, PA:
- Monday-Friday 7:00am-8:00am in home
- Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday 1:30pm-3:30pm in home
- 2 times/week 1.5 hour sessions after 4:30pm, Saturday and Sunday flexible hours in home
- Parkesburg, PA: Monday, Wednesday, Friday 4:00pm-5:30pm in home
- West Grove, PA: Monday-Thursday 8:00am-3:00pm in early intervention verbal behavior classroom

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provide assistance to students with behavior disorders in the school, home, and community setting based on medical needs of the client
- Prompt interventions in the areas of: behavior management, conflict resolution, anger management, and peer interaction skills based on the treatment plan goals provided by a Behavior Consultant or Behavior Analyst
- Collect daily data and document progress notes in a prescribed format for each session with the child/adolescent
