CA-SMC Test Lead Senior QA (2027-RFP-00181)
Own test strategy, vendor coordination, defect triage facilitation, and release-readiness reporting for County SaaS/enterprise releases. Lead UAT support with County SMEs.
- 7+ years QA/testing; 2+ years as Test Lead or equivalent
- Test strategy/plan authorship; requirements-to-test traceability
- Agile/Scrum; Jira (or similar) test/defect management
- Enterprise or SaaS implementation testing (public sector a plus)
- Strong written status reporting for PMs/sponsors
- US work authorization; available for CA-based County engagement
- Salesforce / SaaS config validation (flows, permission sets, Apex awareness)
- API testing (Postman/REST); SQL or SOQL data checks
- Accessibility (WCAG) and performance test coordination
- AI/LLM feature evaluation or responsible-AI testing
- ISTQB or equivalent certification
Location: California (Bay Area / San Mateo County preferred; remote/hybrid OK for as-needed County work).
