Specialist Manager, Firm Financial Systems

Join Deloitte's Finance organization to help implement and manage finance systems that support the needs of the US member firm. In this role, you will drive innovative solutions, system enhancements, and change management activities across the finance application portfolio. This position offers the opportunity to support operational priorities while helping shape the future vision of Finance Systems.

Work You'll Do:

• Partnering with finance and technology stakeholders to gather, document, and support business, functional, and system requirements
• Supporting governance, release, and change management activities for finance applications and system enhancements
• Coordinating testing activities, including unit testing, system integration testing, and user acceptance testing, and tracking issue resolution
• Monitoring production support needs, troubleshooting system issues, and helping drive process and system improvements
• Leading project, workstream, and implementation activities, including status tracking, stakeholder coordination, and execution support

Qualifications Required:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Professional with 6+ years of relevant experience in accounting, finance operations, financial systems, ERP-enabled transformation, or related areas.
• Experience supporting SAP, including SAP S/4HANA/Rise, in a finance, controllership, and/or an engagement lifecycle environment.
• Demonstrated experience managing a backlog and roadmap, including prioritization and coordination across multiple stakeholders.
• Experience gathering business requirements and partnering with technical teams to implement finance or accounting system solutions.
• Experience coordinating or leading testing for system, process, or product enhancements, including UAT and defect management.
• Experience troubleshooting defects and production incidents, including issue triage, coordination with technical teams, root cause analysis, and resolution support.
• Experience developing change management and adoption materials, such as communications, QRGs, job aids, and training support content.
• Ability to travel 10%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve.

The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $ 97,600 to $179,900.
