Ferrari Silicon Valley Sales and Service Porter indiGO Auto Group is seeking a full-time Sales and Service Porter to join our Ferrari Silicon Valley team. This is a great opportunity to work for an exciting company in a fast‑paced environment. The role is full‑time and will include working Saturdays. Receive vehicles from transportation company and process paperwork as needed. Ensure that each vehicle is inspected prior to delivery to customers. Welcome and greet customers in a friendly and courteous manner. Maintain vehicles in each showroom. Constantly move vehicles on the dealership lot. Assist with showroom setup and photography. Assist with dealership pick‑ups and deliveries (parts or automobiles). Clear vehicles from service drive and set up front‑line vehicle display. Inspect and park incoming service vehicles (including floor mats, seat covers, and sun shields). Coordinate vehicle pickup washes with service manager/advisor. Check ready status (fuel/wash) of service courtesy vehicles. Confirm cosmetic condition and battery tender status of showroom vehicles. Wash/dry exterior of vehicle. Clean wheels, tires, and inspect the quality of the vehicle. Clean all glass components thoroughly. Inspect and clean engine compartment. Assist with general dealership maintenance. Maintain strict adherence to dealership policy on client vehicle care and operation. Qualifications Strong attention to detail. Self‑motivated and diligent. Clear focus on delivering work of the highest quality. Computer literacy, strong organizational and follow‑up skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Maintain professional appearance and demeanor at all times. High school diploma or equivalent. Ability to be insured to operate a motor vehicle. Willingness to submit to a drug test and criminal background check.
