WHAT WE NEED YOU TO DO The Marketing and Communication Coordinator will coordinate communication between Nazareth Home, media vendors, and employees. This position supports the leadership team with organizational communication needs and works with external partners to streamline the Nazareth Home website and digital presence and ensures timely and effective information sharing. Coordinate communication strategies with outside vendors to ensure consistent messaging and brand alignment, including building relationships with media outlets Collaborate with Vice Presidents to align messaging and themes for the monthly newsletter as well as the annual report Develop, manage, and distribute organizational communications, including social media content and social media grid calendar, mass email campaigns, and the monthly newsletter Manage subscriber updates through our CRMs Support the development office by assisting with inquiries and campaigns, processing donations, maintaining tribute lists, preparing and sending acknowledgments, and assisting with deposit documentation and monthly funds analysis for the CFO Assist with development of print and advertising materials Assist in developing and maintaining the advertising and marketing budget in collaboration with the Vice President Administration and promotion of the annual Best Places to Work survey and recognition, as well as other employee engagement activities as needed Coordinate Community Education Series, including promotion, logistics, and survey evaluation What We’re Looking For Bachelor’s degree (B.A) from a four-year college or university One to two years’ experience in marketing, business administration or related field EOE Job Type: Full time Shift: 8-hour shift; Day shift Louisville, KY 40205: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred) Work Location: In person #J-18808-Ljbffr Nazareth-Home
