Responsibilities
- The Account Manager - BayCare Health System is responsible for increasing business by developing and maintaining mutually beneficial relationships with assigned accounts.
- Identifies new customers through targeted sales/cold calls and manages existing relationships to maximize business opportunity and support the organization's volume and revenue goals.
- Acts as liaison between leadership, operations and clients to maintain or increase business, resolve issues and/or remove obstacles to business growth.
- Must have strong communication skills, including persuasive and educational writing and speaking.
- Must have strategic and critical thinking skills and ability to analyze market/trend reports.
- Performs a variety of customer service and program or service education on behalf of the organization.
- Performs other duties as assigned.

Certification & Licensure:
- Required - Driver's License (State of Florida)
Education:
- Required - Bachelor's
- Preferred - Master's
Experience:
- Required - 2 years healthcare or business to business sales
- Preferred - 3 or more years healthcare of business to business sales
- Previous Experience in Laboratory and/or Health Sales is strongly preferred
Location: St. Petersburg, FL
Status: Full Time, Exempt: Yes
Shift Hours: 8:00AM - 5:00PM
Weekend Work: Occasional
