What You'll Do

Build genuine relationships with prospects and existing customers, turning conversations into long-term trust

Work leads generated through the agency's marketing and P&C partnerships — not cold lists

Help people find real coverage solutions from a robust product portfolio, matched to their actual needs

Work toward building great relationships with our P&C partner agencies — the ultimate goal for agents in our system

Educate clients on protecting what matters most to their families and their financial future

Deliver a client experience that reflects the trust our name has already earned

What You Bring

A genuine interest in a sales-driven career (experience in insurance or financial services preferred)

1+ years of life insurance experience

Active Life & Health license(s)

Self-motivated, confident, and comfortable working independently

Strong follow-through and follow-up habits

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Spanish fluency is almost mandatory
