Metropolitan Transportation Authority (MTA) is looking for a Performance Manager- Operations Analysis to manage analytical processes and systems for the Operations Department. This position supports performance data collection and analysis initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and customer service. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, and at least 3 years of experience in data analysis. A Master's degree is preferred.
