Create, schedule, and manage social media content across multiple company brands.
Develop engaging social media posts for platforms including Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
Design marketing materials such as flyers, brochures, banners, advertisements, and promotional pieces.
Maintain brand consistency across all marketing initiatives.
Coordinate trade shows, conferences, and company events, including vendor communication, logistics, materials, and booth setup.
Manage project timelines and ensure marketing deadlines are met.
Assist with content planning and marketing campaigns.
Utilize social media scheduling platforms and Meta Business Suite to publish and manage content.
Work with internal teams and external vendors to support marketing objectives.
Organize marketing assets, files, and project documentation.

2+ years of experience in marketing, social media management, event coordination, or a related field.
Proficiency with Canva.
Experience creating social media content and managing business social media accounts.
Basic graphic design skills with the ability to create professional marketing materials.
Strong organizational and project management skills.
Ability to manage multiple brands, projects, and deadlines simultaneously.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and take ownership of projects.
Reliable, detail-oriented, and results-driven.
