Position Overview

We are seeking a high-performing Retail Sales Representative to join our team. This role is ideal for individuals who are competitive, goal-driven, and confident working directly with customers in a retail environment.

You will be responsible for representing products, driving sales, and delivering a strong customer experience while consistently meeting performance expectations.

Key Responsibilities

Engage with customers in a retail setting to present products and services
Identify customer needs and recommend solutions
Drive sales by meeting or exceeding daily and weekly targets
Maintain a high level of product knowledge and professionalism
Build positive customer relationships to support repeat business
Contribute to overall team performance and store goals

Qualifications

Previous experience in retail, sales, or customer service preferred
