WORKED PER WEEK : 40+ WEEKENDS & HOLIDAYS REQUIRED ROLE PURPOSE At Mor Furniture, our Sales Associates and Showroom Managers create welcoming, comfortable experiences that help customers feel confident in their purchase decisions. This role is responsible for delivering friendly, solution-oriented service by understanding each customer's needs and guiding them through products, financing, and design options to bring their space together. Team members in this role are knowledgeable about our products and take pride in helping customers explore features, styles, and value options - from good to better to best. You'll greet each guest with professionalism, ask thoughtful questions, recommend solutions, and follow through to ensure a great experience from start to finish. Ability to speak clearly and persuasively in positive or negative situations. Ability to write clearly and informatively; edit work for English structure usage. Technical skills: Ability to work with word processing, spreadsheet, and database software applications.
