Pay Rate: $15.00/hour (seasonal until February 2027) Weekly Pay!Shift: 8am-4:30pm, Monday-Friday What’s a typical day as Farm Technician? You’ll be:

• Executing crop work in cooperation with breeding, operations, and maintenance teams.
• Performing operational tasks in the fields to ensure successful crop growth.
• Using farm facilities, machinery, and equipment in a safe and proper manner, including maintenance and repairs.
• Ensuring quality, timeliness, communication, and adherence to QHSE standards and plant hygiene rules.
• Cleaning seeds and maintaining order and tidiness on premises.

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:

• Have experience in agricultural operations, crop management, or farm maintenance.
• High School Diploma or GED required
• Value quality, communication, and teamwork.
