Transportation Coordinator

Key Responsibilities Assist with carrier onboarding and maintain carrier records, including insurance and compliance documentation. Support day-to-day transportation operations by coordinating with carriers, customers, and internal teams. Maintain transportation documentation, including bills of lading (BOLs), proofs of delivery (PODs), rate confirmations, and invoices. Enter and update shipment information within the Transportation Management System (TMS). Monitor shipment status and help resolve transportation-related issues as they arise. Assist with carrier performance tracking, reporting, and cost monitoring. Support invoicing, freight billing, and other administrative transportation activities. Contribute to process improvement initiatives and special projects as assigned. Qualifications Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred, but equivalent experience will be considered. Previous experience in logistics, transportation, customer service, operations, or administrative support is a plus. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel. Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
