Description: Physical Therapist – Pelvic Health (Pelvic Floor PT)

FX Physical Therapy is seeking a Pelvic Health Physical Therapist (Pelvic Floor PT) to join our team. This role focuses on pelvic floor rehabilitation, women’s health physical therapy, and orthopedic integration, treating conditions such as pelvic pain, urinary incontinence, postpartum recovery, and core dysfunction.

• Perform comprehensive pelvic floor and orthopedic physical therapy evaluations, including internal and external assessment (as appropriate)
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for pelvic health conditions, including:
  • Urinary incontinence and urgency
  • Pelvic pain and dyspareunia
  • Pregnancy and postpartum recovery
  • Core and pelvic floor dysfunction
• Deliver skilled interventions including manual therapy, pelvic floor retraining, neuromuscular re-education, and therapeutic exercise
• Educate patients on pelvic health, movement strategies, and long-term wellness
• Track patient progress and adjust treatment plans based on outcomes
• Collaborate with referring providers and healthcare professionals
• Maintain accurate and compliant clinical documentation
• Support growth and development of pelvic health services

• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited program
• Active Maryland Physical Therapist license (or eligibility)
• Experience or strong interest in pelvic health / pelvic floor physical therapy
• Completion of pelvic health coursework (Herman & Wallace, APTA Pelvic Health, or equivalent) preferred
• Ability to perform or willingness to be trained in internal pelvic floor examination and treatment
• Strong understanding of orthopedic and movement-based rehabilitation
• Excellent communication and patient education skills
• CPR and First Aid certification

Salary: $78,000-$90,000/year based on experience
