Product Manager - Oracle HCM

We are seeking an experienced Oracle HCM Product Manager with direct, hands‑on Oracle HCM experience, specifically supporting the Benefits and Onboarding modules. Key Responsibilitie s5+ years of Product Management, Business Analysis, or HR Technology experience supporting enterprise‑scale Human Capital Management (HCM) solutions
- Strong experience with Oracle HCM Clou d, including configuration, implementation, enhancement delivery, and ongoing product management
- Demonstrated expertise in Talent Acquisition (Recruiting, Candidate Experience, Recruiting Operations ), Benefits Administratio n, and Onboarding/Journey s, including integration points with downstream HR, payroll, and workforce management systems
- Experience translating business requirements into Oracle HCM capabilities and partnering with HR Centers of Excellence, IT teams, implementation partners, and vendors to deliver scalable solutions
