Med - Surg Registered Nurse

Medical-Surgical Registered Nurse We seek a dedicated Med/Surg RN to join our healthcare team. If you are passionate about patient care and thrive in a dynamic medical-surgical environment, we want to hear from you. Qualifications
- Current RN license in North Dakota or compact licensed.
- AHA BLS, TNCC, PALS, and ACLS certifications are required within six months.
- Experience in a Med/Surg setting is a plus.
- Strong critical thinking, multitasking, and teamwork skills.
- Provide comprehensive nursing care to diverse patient populations in a medical-surgical unit.
- Monitor patient conditions, administer medications, and implement treatment plans.
- Collaborate with physicians and healthcare teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Educate patients and families on post-care instructions and overall health management.
- Maintain accurate documentation and adhere to hospital policies and procedures.
