What You'll Do
- Provide outpatient inpatient rehabilitation therapy to adult patients within a short-term acute care setting
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans
- Assist patients with mobility, therapeutic exercises, and functional activities
- Document patient progress in Cerner charting system accurately and timely
- Participate in on-call rotations, including occasional Saturday coverage
- Float within scope to meet facility needs and ensure quality patient care
- Support patient safety and adhere to all regulatory and facility guidelines
What You Need
Required:
- Indiana State License or pending licensure acceptance
- BLS certification
- Minimum 1 year of relevant outpatient rehab experience
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
Preferred:
- Experience working in short-term acute care hospitals
- Flexibility to work occasional weekends and holidays
