Details\n \n ICU unit within a hospital setting \n Level 3 Trauma Center \n Night shift, 3x12s, 7:00 PM-7:00 AM \n Every third weekend required \n No on-call requirements \n 36-hour guaranteed schedule with ability to accept up to 48 hours \n May be required to float within the same discipline across local campuses \n Uses Epic EMR \n Requirements\n \n Active RN license (IA or compact) \n Minimum 2 years of ICU experience required \n BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications required (AHA preferred; ARC or US Military accepted) \n TNCC certification preferred \n One supervisory performance evaluation or reference completed within the last two years required \n Skills checklist specific to ICU required \n Driver's license required for consideration \n Additional Information\n \n Serve as part of an interdisciplinary team providing professional clinical care and management to ICU patients \n First-time travelers are welcome to apply \n Candidates must reside at least 50 miles from the facility to be eligible \n Past UnityPoint Health (UPH) employees, whether FTE or PRN float pool, may not work travel assignments in another market within 12 months of separation \n Required to work 2 of the 3 winter holidays (Christmas, New Year's, or Thanksgiving) \n Limited to 1 day off request during the weeks of 11/26/25-11/30/25 and 12/23/25-1/2/26 \n \n \n American Traveler Job ID P-756172.
