This individual works closely with administration, other staff, community contacts, vendors, caregivers and students. BFCCPS opened in 1995 as one of the first Charter Schools in Massachusetts. Job Requirements BA/BS preferred Prior experience in a school office setting or in transportation coordination preferred Prior experience using TransFinder or similar transportation software preferred Demonstrate an understanding of and an affinity for the mission of BFCCPS Superb customer service, communication and organizational skills Must be a team player and be willing to help out as necessary to ensure the smooth running of the school Highly detail-oriented with the ability to manage daily activities and short/long-term projects with accuracy and responsiveness Ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues, students, caregivers; must be assertive yet always professional Ability to prioritize and be flexible as priorities may shift unexpectedly Demonstrates good sense of judgment; knows when to make independent decisions and when to seek help from administration Ability to work under time constraints and meet deadlines in a busy, open-office setting Ability to maintain confidential information Ability to take initiative and be resourceful, seeking help directly as needed Knowledge of G Suite and Excel is preferred At least 2 year(s) of relevant experience preferred.
