Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Tele Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality patient care in a telemetry unit, demonstrating proficiency in telemetry monitoring and crisis management.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and interpret patient telemetry data.
• Administer medications and manage IV therapy.
• Conduct patient assessments and document care plans.
• Provide patient education and support to families.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Valid RN license.
• ACLS certification required.
• Experience in a telemetry or critical care environment preferred.
