Job Summary:
Seeking a dedicated and experienced Travel RN specializing in Medical Surgical to provide high-quality patient care in a fast-paced hospital setting. This 8-week assignment offers an excellent opportunity to expand clinical skills and gain valuable experience.

Responsibilities:

• Assess patient conditions and develop appropriate care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Monitor patient progress and update healthcare teams regularly.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care.
• Document patient interactions and clinical activities accurately.
• Adhere to hospital policies and safety protocols.

Qualifications:

• Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license with current credentials.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in Medical Surgical nursing.
• Proven ability to work 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM shifts effectively.
• Strong critical thinking and communication skills.
• Ability to manage a diverse patient caseload with professionalism.
