General Managers must provide continued hands on coaching and training to all crew members and new hires. You are responsible for working with your Assistant Managers to provide a respectful and motivating environment for all individuals.We expect our General Managers to set and obtain daily, weekly, and monthly goals through performance, engagement, and training initiatives.
