This role is ideal for someone who thrives on coaching teams, solving problems on the fly, and keeping production running smoothly. Youll partner closely with the Production Supervisor to coordinate workflow, guide employees, and uphold high standards for safety, quality, and efficiency./ppKey Responsibilities/pulliDevelop a working understanding of filter production processes and product applications/liliSupport day?to?day department operations to meet delivery goals while minimizing overtime/liliReview production reports and schedules to help plan and adjust workflow/liliAssist with scheduling production activities using Oracle?based systems/liliCross?train, rotate, and support employees to maintain a flexible, capable workforce/liliHelp train new hires and internal transfers/liliParticipate in conducting and documenting semi?annual performance evaluations/liliProvide input on personnel decisions and help resolve customer service concerns/liliCollaborate with supervisors, HR, and support teams to maintain smooth operations/liliChampion Lean initiatives within the department and contribute to plant?wide projects/liliPromote a clean, organized, and hazard?free work environment/liliReinforce safety policies, PPE requirements, and Lock?Out/Tag?Out procedures/liliEnsure employees follow Best Work Practices (BWPs) and receive required training/li/ulpSchedule Pay: Full?time, direct?hire role.
