Overview The Women’s and Children’s Services Coordinator is responsible for developing, implementing, evaluating, and revising the programming and clinical services created for women and juveniles in a correctional setting. The role works under the direction of the Regional Manager and collaborates with a multidisciplinary team to address the mental and physical needs of these patients. Responsibilities Develop, implement, evaluate, and revise programming and clinical services for female and juvenile offenders. Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members to assess and respond to the mental and physical needs of patients. Maintain current tuberculosis documentation and active CPR certification. Pass a background investigation and obtain agency security clearance where applicable. Qualifications Valid Indiana RN license. Three years of nursing experience with female and/or juvenile offenders. Current tuberculosis documentation. Active CPR certification. Ability to pass background investigation and obtain agency security clearance where applicable. Residency in Indiana.
