Responsibilities Develop and grow your existing freight brokerage book of business. Generate new customer relationships through strategic business development. Manage the entire freight lifecycle—from quoting and carrier sourcing to shipment execution and customer service. Strengthen relationships with customers and carrier partners through exceptional communication. Help recruit, mentor, and develop future brokerage talent as the office grows. Collaborate with leadership to expand Circle's presence throughout the Northern Kentucky and Greater Cincinnati market. Qualifications A minimum of 3 years of freight brokerage experience . An active and transferable book of business with consistent revenue production. Experience managing the complete brokerage process from prospecting through delivery. Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills. A self-motivated, entrepreneurial mindset with leadership potential.
