Perfect Smile Doc is hiring motivated Dental Assistants who want to build a long-term career in dentistry. We sponsor 100% of your Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) education and licensing process from Day 1.
Unlike many dental practices, we invest in your future by covering the full cost of your RDA training and licensing while you gain valuable hands-on experience. No orthodontic experience? We will train the right candidate.
What You'll Do:
Assist doctors during patient treatment
Support patient care and clinical operations
Prepare and maintain treatment rooms
Maintain sterilization and infection control standards
Help create an exceptional patient experience What We're Looking For:
