Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care to laboring patients and newborns in a hospital Labor and Delivery unit
• Monitor maternal and fetal status throughout the labor and delivery process
• Assist with vaginal and cesarean deliveries in collaboration with the clinical care team
• Administer medications and interventions per physician orders and established protocols
• Document patient assessments, care plans, and outcomes accurately in the medical record

Required Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Minimum of 2 years of current Labor and Delivery experience in a hospital setting

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience with high-risk obstetric patients
• Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems in a Labor and Delivery environment
