Warehouse Coordinator

As a CBRE Warehouse Coordinator, you'll provide service and support to the warehouse by handling shipping and receiving tasks. This job is part of the Supply Chain function. They are responsible for maximizing the effectiveness of the organization's supply chain.

What You'll Do:

• Assist with loading and unloading merchandise or material from cars or trucks.
• Help pack and unpack shipments. This includes processing, scanning, and shelving parts, pulling orders, and entering data into the inventory control systems.
• Maintain clean and safe working environments. Sweep and mop floors.
• Assist with general maintenance including light painting, carpentry, and basic repairs of tools.
• Maintain upkeep of stockroom and other storage areas and merge existing stock to improve space usage.
• Perform labeling of materials under required procedures.
• Audit warehouse inventory reports using physical checks to ensure accurate system accounting.
• Use existing procedures to solve straightforward problems while having a limited opportunity to exercise discretion.

What You'll Need:

• High School Diploma or GED with up to 2 years of job-related experience. May require equipment certification for forklifts, aerial lifts, and power pallet jacks.
• Physical requirements to include stooping, standing, climbing, and frequent lifting of a minimum of 50 lbs.
• Ability to follow basic work routines and standards in the application of work.
• Communication skills to exchange straightforward information.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.
• Strong organizational skills with an inquisitive mindset.
• Basic math skills. Ability to calculate simple figures such as percentages, discounts, and markups.
• Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States without the need for visa sponsorship now or in the future.

CBRE carefully considers multiple factors to determine compensation, including a candidate's education, training, and experience. The minimum rate for the Warehouse Coordinator position is $19.23 per hour and the maximum rate for the Warehouse Coordinator position is $27.40 per hour. The compensation that is offered to a successful candidate will depend on the candidate's skills, qualifications, and experience.
