Dentist Job in Milwaukee, Wisconsin Blue Jay Dental is excited to announce a new associate dentist opportunity available immediately with one of our valued clients. Our client has multiple offices in Milwaukee and they have grown to need 2 FT associates. These jobs have been verified as open as of 2/18/25.
Position Overview
Join a small, quality-driven dental group in Wisconsin that focuses exclusively on fee-for-service (FFS) and PPO patients. This practice prioritizes exceptional patient experiences and is a fantastic place to work.
Office Hours
The position offers flexibility with 4-5 days per week, with two opportunities currently available in Milwaukee.

Patient Demographics
Primarily adults, with some pediatric cases.
Compensation
- Competitive starting salary to support new dentists
- Typical compensation ranges from 33% to 35% of collections, based on experience
Key Responsibilities
- Diagnose patients dental health using accepted clinical and radiological techniques
- Evaluate treatment needs and arrange appropriate consultations
- Provide comprehensive dental care, including routine exams, simple extractions, restorations, prosthetic services, prophylaxis, and fluoride treatments
- Refer patients to specialists when necessary
- Oversee administrative tasks within the dental office
- Supervise the work of dental hygienists and assistants
Requirements
- DMD or DDS from an accredited dental school
- Valid Wisconsin dental license and DEA certification
- Willingness to engage in the Milwaukee community
- Proficiency in all aspects of general dentistry with a strong emphasis on clinical excellence
