Job Summary (List Format):

Position: Operating Room Registered Nurse (OR RN)

Schedule: 8-hour day shifts (7:00am - 3:30pm) with call requirements (1 day/week rotating, every 5th weekend)

Call Hours: Weekdays 3:30pm-7am; Weekends Friday 3:30pm-Monday 7am

Start: ASAP (urgent backfill, pending compliance)

Experience Required:

• Circulating experience (required)
• PACU experience (required)
• Experience with General, GI, OBGYN, Orthopedic, ENT, Urology, Cataracts, and Podiatry cases (required)
• Previous travel RN experience (highly preferred)
• Scrub experience (highly preferred, not required)

Certifications Required:

• Active AHA BLS
• Active AHA ACLS
• Active AHA PALS

Licensure:

• Active New Hampshire RN license (compact allowed)

Submission Requirements:

• Detailed work history and operating room skills checklist (documented)
• 1 supervisory signed reference from the past year (documented)
• License and certification verifications (documented and current)
• Permanent address and requested time off (RTO) included in submission

Facility: Androscoggin Valley Hospital, Berlin, NH (25-bed Critical Access Hospital)

Compensation: On-call pay $4/hour; OT multiplier x1.25
