Job Description

* Manage multifamily construction projects from planning to completion

* Control budgets, schedules, and subcontractor performance

* Coordinate site teams, consultants, and internal stakeholders

* Drive quality, safety, and programme milestones on site

* Report progress clearly to senior construction leadership

The Successful Applicant

* 5-10 years' experience in multifamily or wood?frame construction

* Proven delivery of garden?style, podium, or mixed?use projects

* Strong commercial judgement and schedule control skills

* Confident communicator comfortable with senior leadership

* Motivated by growth, accountability, and visible career progression

Salary range: $120,000-$160,000 base + performance bonus

* Up to 20% bonus paid quarterly based on clear targets

* $700 monthly vehicle allowance plus cell phone stipend
