Associate Director, Customer Engagement and Injector Training

AbbVie seeks an Associate Director to lead customer engagement and injector training strategy for Spasticity and Cervical Dystonia. This role develops compliant education programs for healthcare professionals, manages cross-functional partnerships, and drives clinical confidence and brand objectives across multiple delivery formats.

Responsibilities

Lead annual customer engagement and injector education strategy aligned with brand and Neuroscience priorities
Design and manage integrated portfolio of live, virtual, digital, and on-demand education programs for healthcare professionals
Translate customer and marketplace insights into program architecture, content strategy, and delivery formats
Partner with cross-functional teams including marketing, sales, medical, and compliance on initiative execution
Oversee speaker and trainer strategy, faculty identification, training, and compliant program delivery

Requirements

Bachelor's degree from accredited institution; advanced degree preferred
5+ years pharmaceutical, biotechnology, HCP education, or commercial marketing experience
Demonstrated strategic planning and cross-functional program execution experience
Budget management, vendor oversight, and multi-workstream project coordination skills
Strong written, verbal, and presentation communication abilities
Analytical and problem-solving skills with qualitative and quantitative insight application
Ability to lead through change in matrix environments and influence across organizational levels
