Pediatric Physical Therapist – Nassau County – INCREASED RATES Merrick, NY Physical Therapist Earnings: $64-$75/hr, plus premium pay: + $3/hr for sessions 5:00–7:00 PM + $2/hr for home & community-based sessions Flexible schedule available. Position may be full‑time or fee‑for‑service. Responsibilities Design and implement creative individual and/or group therapeutic interventions for all children on your caseload. Administer and write up physical therapy evaluations. Maintain ongoing communication with lead supervisors & coordinators regarding case management. Maintain professionalism with families, school teams, and other professionals. Maintain accurate and timely attendance and billing logs. Create and maintain a schedule with assigned individual families/school personnel. Collect data on each IFSP/IEP goal and report progress quarterly. Provide input and attend/teleconference initial CPSE/CSE meetings and/or annual reviews. Background: Graduate from an accredited university with a degree in Physical Therapy. Current New York State Physical Therapy License. Bilingual is a plus.
