Company: Diamond Peak Recruiting (On behalf of a leading electrical contractor) Diamond Peak Recruiting is partnering with a leading electrical contractor to identify an experienced Electrical Project Manager for commercial and industrial construction projects throughout the Minneapolis market. This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established contractor with a strong backlog of complex projects and opportunities for long-term career growth. Overview The Electrical Project Manager will oversee all phases of electrical construction projects from preconstruction through closeout. The ideal candidate has experience managing multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, vendors, and field teams. This individual should be comfortable managing budgets, schedules, procurement, and project execution from start to finish. Responsibilities Manage electrical construction projects from award through closeout Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and cost forecasts Coordinate with owners, general contractors, engineers, subcontractors, and field personnel Oversee procurement of materials and equipment Manage subcontractor performance and contract administration Monitor project costs, change orders, RFIs, submittals, and billing Ensure projects are completed safely, on schedule, and within budget Support project teams by resolving technical and operational challenges Maintain strong client relationships and identify opportunities for future work Qualifications 5+ years of experience managing commercial or industrial electrical construction projects Experience managing projects with electrical contract values of $2M+ Background working on one or more of the following project types: Medical Office Buildings Commercial Office Higher Education or K-12 Government Facilities Life Sciences Advanced Manufacturing Data Centers Strong understanding of electrical construction methods, project scheduling, and cost management Experience with change orders, contract administration, and financial reporting Excellent communication and leadership skills Proficiency with Microsoft Office and construction management software Performance bonus opportunities Comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) with company match Paid vacation and holidays Vehicle allowance or company vehicle Professional development and advancement opportunities If you're an experienced Electrical Project Manager looking to join a contractor with a strong reputation, a diverse portfolio of commercial and industrial projects, and long-term career growth, we'd love to hear from you. #J-18808-Ljbffr
