This role partners closely with Field Operations, Human Resources, and Learning & Development teams to identify skill gaps, create engaging learning experiences, and measure program effectiveness. The position requires a strategic mindset combined with hands-on execution to deliver scalable learning solutions that drive business results and support leadership development initiatives. This role serves as a critical bridge between business needs and learning innovation, ensuring field leaders have access to relevant, timely, and impactful professional development opportunities.Key duties and responsibilities:Own the design and continuous improvement of continuing education curricula and learning pathways for field leaders, incorporating adult learning principles and industry best practicesManage end-to-end program delivery including scheduling, logistics, vendor coordination, and learner communications to ensure seamless execution of continuing education initiativesCollaborate with subject matter experts and field leadership to identify emerging capability and performance needs and translate business priorities into actionable learning objectives and solutionsEvaluate program effectiveness through data analysis, learner feedback, and performance metrics to continuously improve learning outcomes and demonstrate ROIMaintain and update learning management system (LMS) content, ensuring accuracy, accessibility, and alignment with compliance requirementsFacilitate discovery sessions with stakeholders to gather requirements, prioritize learning initiatives, and incorporate feedback into program designCoordinate with external training providers, consultants, and vendors to source and integrate high-quality learning content and resourcesCreate and maintain program documentation including learner guides, facilitator materials, assessment tools, and completion tracking systemsPartner with facilitators to ensure effective program delivery by conducting train-the-trainer sessions, calibrating on content and facilitation standards, and incorporating delivery feedback into ongoing program improvementsSupport change management efforts by communicating program benefits, addressing resistance, and building stakeholder confidence in learning initiativesMonitor program budgets and resource allocation to ensure cost-effective delivery of continuing education programsStay current with learning technology trends, instructional design methodologies, and field operations best practices to inform program innovationProvide regular reporting to leadership on program participation, completion rates, learner satisfaction, and business impact metricsEducation and experience:Education: Bachelor's degree in Education, Instructional Design, Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; Master's degree preferredYears of relevant work experience: 3+Years of management experience: 1-2Certifications / Licenses: N/ASpecific knowledge and skills:Proficiency in learning management systems (LMS) such as Cornerstone, Workday Learning, or similar platformsStrong understanding of instructional design models (ADDIE, SAM) and adult learning theoryProficiency with virtual learning platforms (e.g., Microsoft Teams, Zoom) and digital authoring tools (e.g., Articulate 360, Mindsmith, Camtasia, Adobe InDesign), with the ability to quickly learn and leverage new learning technologiesExcellent project management skills with ability to manage multiple programs simultaneously and meet deadlinesStrong analytical abilities to interpret learning data, identify trends, and make data-driven recommendationsExceptional written and verbal communication skills with ability to influence stakeholders at all organizational levelsProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly PowerPoint, Excel, and Teams for content creation and collaborationAbility to translate complex business requirements into clear, actionable learning objectives and contentStrong attention to detail with commitment to quality and accuracy in all program deliverablesCollaborative mindset with proven ability to build relationships across functions and levelsAdaptability and flexibility to respond to changing business priorities and learner needsCustomer service orientation with focus on creating positive learner experiences and stakeholder satisfaction
