E&T Case Manager

Responsibilities Process referrals received from the SNAP E&T Central Office on a weekly basis. Follow guidelines in the DHS SNAP E&T Handbook and SNAP E&T Manual. Conduct a preliminary assessment of referred individuals in a timely manner, including scale scores for the TABE assessment and Educational Functional Levels. Provide reverse referrals for individuals when necessary. Maintain accurate electronic and paper‑based client files to support the timely preparation and submission of monthly, quarterly, and annual reports. Accurately maintain program participant files as required by Arkansas Adult Education. Serve as an Arkansas Adult Education approved Career Development Facilitator/Career Coach. Provide job search assistance to SNAP E&T program participants. Assist each SNAP E&T participant with the development of an individualized employment/education plan. Update employment/education plans in a timely manner as required by Arkansas Adult Education. Monitor the progress of each SNAP E&T participant, identify potential barriers to success, and develop individualized solution strategies to promote successful progress. Participate in monthly staff meetings. Other duties and special projects as assigned. Requirements Bachelor's degree is required. Three years of experience in program administration or a related area. Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office. Ability to commit to and successfully complete the Arkansas Adult Education Career Services Provider (CSP) Course within one (1) year of hire. #J-18808-Ljbffr Jobtailor
