FLOOR TECHNICIAN (FULL TIME)

Job Summary Floor Technician is responsible for floor maintenance, restoration, and the operation of industrial floor care equipment. Location TAM System Fort Worth - 1515 Commerce Street, College Station, TX 77843. Openings at other locations within the school district are available. Schedule Full‑time schedule; Monday through Friday, 10:00 PM to 6:30 AM. Full and part‑time positions with flexibility are also available to meet most scheduling needs. Requirements Prior custodial and floor care experience is required. Pay $14.50 per hour to $16.50 per hour. Operate various types of industrial floor care equipment. Utilize automated equipment for cleaning large areas of floor surface. Use proper procedures on carpet and upholstery, including shampooing, damp surface, extractions, spot cleaning, vacuuming, etc. Perform maintenance and restorative processes for all floor surface types. Other duties as assigned by manager. Qualifications Previous experience as a floor care technician or in a related role is preferred. Proven knowledge of floor care equipment and techniques is required. Knowledge and ability to follow safety procedures. Requires frequent lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling of up to 50 lbs.
