Position Title: Maintenance Specialist
This position is responsible for the maintenance and upkeep of the facility buildings and grounds at Sunrise Detoxification Centers. The Maintenance Specialist helps ensure a safe environment for patients and staff while maintaining compliance with internal policies, JCAHO standards, and Federal, State, and Local regulations related to healthcare facility operations. This individual is responsible for communicating supply needs, maintaining adequate inventory levels, and completing routine maintenance and preventative care throughout the facility. Maintenance Specialist Requirements:
• Candidate must be highly organized
• High School Diploma or GED required
• Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and maintain strong attention to detail
• Experience or training in the following:
HVAC maintenance and preventative maintenance
Plumbing repairs including toilets and sinks
Electrical repairs including lights, outlets, and fans
• Must be computer literate in Microsoft Office applications Maintenance Specialist Schedule:
• Full Time
• Monday - Friday 8:00AM - 4:30PM
• Must be available for facility emergencies as needed Maintenance Specialist Compensation:
