Strategic People Analytics Lead — Data-Driven HRBP

Klaviyo is hiring a Lead People Analytics Partner to ensure great data drives decisions across the business. You will partner with HRBPs, Total Rewards, TA, Learning & Talent, and leaders to surface actionable insights that influence top performance and retention of Klaviyos.
You'll design scalable, self-serve analytics and dashboards, leveraging AI to automate reporting and empower stakeholders while digging into hunches that merit deeper investigation.
