• Design and execute high-energy, play-based lesson plans.
• Foster a warm, inclusive, and exceptionally safe classroom culture.
• Build strong, meaningful partnerships with families through stellar communication.
• Ignite creativity through innovative art, music, and sensory activities.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• State-recognized early childhood education credential or degree.
• Active First Aid and CPR certifications.
• Successful completion of a comprehensive background check

• Over one year of professional childcare experience.
• Fluency in a second language.
• Specialized talents in children's music, arts, or theater.
