We are currently seeking an experienced RN Unit Manager for a contract leadership assignment. Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of an assigned nursing unit
• Supervise and support nursing staff to ensure high standards of resident care
• Coordinate patient care plans and clinical services
• Monitor patient outcomes and ensure compliance with healthcare regulations
• Assist with staffing, scheduling, and performance management
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to improve quality outcomes
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and regulatory compliance
• Promote a positive, patient-centered care environment
• Support quality improvement and patient safety initiatives

Additional Information

• Monday through Friday schedule
• On-call weekend responsibilities may be required
• Leadership role overseeing nursing unit operations
• 40 Guaranteed Hours Per Week
• Candidates must hold an active Registered Nurse (RN) license where applicable
• Government-issued photo identification is required during onboarding and must be worn while on assignment
• COVID-19 vaccination documentation or approved religious/medical exemption may be required in accordance with assignment guidelines
