Job Type: Full-Time W-2 Employee Pay: $35-$60 per hour depending on education (e.g. MSW/LPC vs PhD/PsyD), licensure status, experience, and supervision needs, plus a base admin rate for note writing, initial phone consultations, team meetings, training, and supervision Expected Hours: ~32 hours/week (minimum 23 client hours/week for full-time, 26 scheduled/week to account for cancellations/no-shows/etc.) What We Offer: Flexible Scheduling: You create your own schedule, with incentives for evening and weekend availability Hybrid Work Options: Choose hybrid (Thornton, CO) or a remote arrangement Supportive Infrastructure: Access to HIPAA-compliant EHR and telehealth platform Templates for intakes, notes, and communication Company-provided email and materials, including a laptop Paid advertising (Psychology Today and Mental Health Match profiles to start) Professional Development: Monthly case consultation, training, and continuing education Free onsite supervision to support licensure Opportunities to grow with the company Compensation and Benefits: Competitive fee split Health, dental, and vision insurance (after reaching full-time status) PTO and paid sick leave 401k with match EMDR certification consultation hours Qualifications and What We’re Looking For: Master’s degree or doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field Active pre-licensure status (e.g., LPCC, MFTC, SWC) and ready to practice clinically in Colorado Motivated to develop skills in individual, couples, family, and group therapy Passion for working with diverse populations, including children, teens, and adults Commitment to offering at least one evening slot/week (or weekend if you prefer) Strong communication and interpersonal skills Familiarity with Google Workspace (experience with Simple Practice is a plus) Open to working with clients across a range of presenting concerns, such as: Depression and anxiety OCD LGBTQ+ issues Trauma and PTSD/CPTSD Eating disorders and disordered eating Neurodiversity (e.g., Autism, ADHD) Substance use recovery Relationship challenges Religious abuse and deconstruction Option to hold group therapy sessions Your Role at Mosaic: Maintain a caseload of 26+ clients per week (23 is required for full-time therapists, 3 extra are scheduled to account for cancellations, no-shows, etc.) Deliver culturally responsive therapy without the burden of administrative tasks or billing Actively contribute to Mosaic’s mission to provide inclusive, justice-oriented, and holistic care About Mosaic Therapy Collective: At Mosaic Therapy Collective, we are dedicated to offering inclusive, holistic care to empower individuals on their journey to optimal mental, emotional, and physical health.
