Network Administrator

Must-Have:


1) Good hands-on experience with Cisco Routers
2) Good Hands-on experience on Cisco Layer 2 and Layer 3 Switches/Routers
3) Experience in Design & Implementation of Data Center Networks
4) Experience in Design & Implementation of Large WAN Networks involving MPLS, EGP (BGP) and IGP (OSPF, EIGRP) protocols.
5) thorough understanding of the OSI network model, Ethernet, and TCP/IP networking
6) In-depth knowledge of Switching Technology [STP, RSTP,MSTP,PVST,VSTP]
7) IP and related protocols (ARP, ICMP, TCP, UDP, DNS, DHCP),
8) IP routing protocols (BGP, OSPF, RIP), NAT, PAT
9) Multicast related protocol [IGMP,IGMP-snooping, PIM]
10) Service Provider technology [MPLS,MP-BGP, L2/L3 VPNs]
11) Basic Knowledge on Managing SDN and Wireless Devices
12) Should have a proven trouble shooting expertise
Exposure to coordinate with Product Vendors and Service Providers

Good-to Have:


1) Knowledge on Security skills is preferred
2) bility to quickly assimilate technical and non-technical information
3) Create technical documentation - Ability to prioritize and multitask
4) Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
5) Excellent customer presentation skills
Networking Certifications : CCNA ,CCNP ,CCIE
