Senior Account Executive, Midwest (Women's Contemporary Apparel), Chicago Showroom

Milio Milano is a fast-growing contemporary women's apparel brand, designed and made in Italy and sold through specialty boutiques across the US. Our wholesale business is up more than 80% this year, and we're hiring a Senior Account Executive to build and grow the Midwest from our Chicago showroom at 311 W. Superior St., Suite 105.

What you'll do

• Own Milio's wholesale growth across the Midwest (IL, IN, WI, MI, MN, OH, IA and the Dakotas/Nebraska)
• Run the Chicago showroom during markets and appointments, and work Chicago market weeks and regional shows
• Grow and reactivate existing boutique accounts and open new specialty stores across the region
• Support and grow the regional sales team as the territory expands
• Plan road trips, track activity in our CRM, and report weekly on bookings and pipeline

Who we're looking for

• 3-5+ years selling women's apparel wholesale to boutiques and specialty stores, with time in a showroom or rep agency
• Established buyer relationships across the Midwest, Chicago especially
• Experience working markets and showrooms. Experience leading or mentoring other reps is a plus.
• Currently or previously carrying contemporary or better women's lines
• Comfortable with NuORDER, JOOR, ApparelMagic, or similar

This role isn't a fit for retail, B2C, or general B2B sales backgrounds without direct women's apparel wholesale experience.

Compensation: competitive salary plus commission and additional benefits.
