Registered Nurse Position Overview:

We are looking for a dedicated and skilled Acute Care Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team. In this pivotal role, you will provide exceptional care to patients with acute, critical, and urgent medical conditions. Working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, you'll collaborate with physicians, specialists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure high-quality, patient-centered care.

Registered Nurse Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct care to patients in critical conditions, including ICU, ER, Med-Surg, and other areas.
• Assess, monitor, and document patient conditions accurately using the electronic health record (EHR).
• Administer medications, treatments, and interventions as prescribed by physicians.
• Manage complex cases involving multi-system failure, trauma, and post-surgical recovery.
• Work closely with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
• Educate patients and families on their health conditions, treatment options, and recovery plans.

Registered Nurse Qualifications:

• Active RN license.
• Current BLS (Basic Life Support) and ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) certifications.
• Strong critical thinking, assessment, and decision-making abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a collaborative team-oriented approach.
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively in a high-pressure environment.
