Our technicians average between $75,000 and $110,000 per year. The average salary for our technicians is around $90,000. Our higher level technicians make over $110,000. Key Responsibilities Electrical & Technical Execution Install, maintain,inspect, troubleshoot, and repair existing residentialelectrical systems (with occasional light commercial work) Respond to servicecalls, perform planned maintenance, inspections, and newinstallations Ensure all workcomplies with company standards and the National ElectricalCode (NEC) Verify allcompleted work to prevent errors and callbacks Customer Experience & Sales Maintain aprofessional appearance and positive demeanor on every job Communicate clearlywith customers before, during, and after work isperformed Build trust andclearly explain recommended services and their necessity.Never recommend or sell unnecessary services orproducts! Present pricingusing the Straight Forward Pricing Guide.
