Entry Level Production Worker – Aerospace Manufacturing

Biddeford, ME

1st Shifts $20/hr

2nd Shift $22/hr

What You'll Do

• Assemble and hand-weave components
• Follow detailed written and verbal work instructions
• Use basic hand tools and production equipment
• Inspect finished products to ensure quality standards are met
• Package and prepare products for shipment
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
• Collaborate with team members to achieve production goals

What We're Looking For

• Manufacturing, assembly, production, warehouse, or general labor experience is a plus
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Reliable work ethic and positive attitude
• Ability to perform repetitive tasks and stand for most of the shift
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Flexibility to work either 1st or 2nd shift as needed

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Biddeford, ME.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $22.00/hr.
